Hello to all teachers, and welcome to the Tatawwar programme!
Building on the success of the past three editions of Tatawwar, HSBC in partnership with are excited to invite all high school students aged 15 to 18, to participate in the Tatawwar programme.
Tatawwar programme aims to help young people develop their business skills and knowledge about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while focusing on developing innovative solutions to three key goals:
  • Good health and well-being
  • Clean water and sanitation
  • Climate action challenges
Throughout the programme, they will get opportunities to develop and share their thoughts on how we can work together to help achieve these goals starting with a focus on your local community.
We look forward to having teachers and parents support their students and children respectively by acting as their coaches. We will request that each student assigns a coach as part of their team, which could be either a teacher or a parent.
Over the coming videos, you can learn about the programme and how it supports young people by giving them an opportunity to learn essential social, innovation, and business skills that would help propel their careers. You will also get some essential tips about how you can be a supportive coach.
So, are you ready to make a difference and positively impact your community and the world?
Let’s get started!
